Who We Are
Precision Asphalt Sealing was founded on a simple idea: asphalt maintenance done with real craftsmanship. Too many surfaces get a thin coat of sealer over unprepared pavement — it looks fine for a month and fails within a year. We built this company to be the other kind of contractor.
Every job starts with honest assessment and thorough prep. We fill cracks with hot rubberized filler that lasts, seal with commercial-grade material, and finish with the kind of detail work that makes a property stand out. From large commercial lots in the Greater Grand Rapids area to home driveways in Kalamazoo, the standard is the same: done once, done right.
